The advantage is the “holding company” is not a member of any board. Therefore, the licensed real estate agent is not required to pay any board dues or membership fees. At  “All Homes 4 Rent  & Sales - Holding, LLC” you would receive a 25% referral fee on an 80/20 split with the broker. No other fees are required of the licensed agent. Agents will be required to maintaining an active license status with the state of Florida.
